Refund policy

I want my customers to be happy, so I will do my best to ensure that you are pleased with your order. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the merchandise because it is defective, the wrong size, or damaged, you may return the item(s) within 7 business days of receipt.

Return Policy

  • To start a return, you can contact us at barbe@barbesaintjohn.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at barbe@barbesaintjohn.com
  •  All returns must include a purchase receipt.  
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original, unused, unworn condition with tags, and in its original packaging. You must include the receipt or proof of purchase with your item. If the item is not in new/unworn condition you will not receive a refund.
  • I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Due to the special nature of custom, personalized, and special order items, these products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Any product that has been created or altered at your request falls under this category and is not eligible for exchange.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • We do not accept returns on custom, personalized or customized orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Sales items and gift cards are FINAL SALE and can not be returned. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
