Orders are processed in 1 - 4 business days. Processing time means the time I have to make and package your order. Most pieces are ready to ship but some may be made to order and those will take a bit more time. Made to Order items will state the processing time in the listing.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost mail or packages USPS states as "delivered" and customer states as not delivered. USPS will refuse to refund any package marked as delivered.

If your delivery address is known to be not safe and you are shipping with USPS, ask us about a signature on delivery option.
International Shipping
International Shipping is either USPS 1st Class Airmail or Priority International. Due to Covid, shipping times are VERY slow. Even Global priority mail can take a month to arrive. Additional duties, taxes, charges from customs as well as any item(s) removed by customs are your responsibility. It is your responsibility to be aware of the item(s) which will be charged duty, the money total limit for charges and if the item(s) are allowed into your country.
We are unable to track, retrieve or refund First Class International Packages. USPS does not offer insurance for first class international mail. If you select this method, please note:

There is sometimes no proof of shipment leaving our warehouse, state or country.

There may be no proof of delivery

The package can sit in customs for up to 8 weeks

May take 2 months or more to reach you.

By selecting this method: you release us of responsibility for First Class International shipment length of time or lost package
We also offer Priority International mail shipping which insures your purchase. Prices are calculated based on your location.
Undeliverable, Unclaimed, Refused, and Lost Packages.
If your order is returned to us because UPS or USPS is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address; you are not available for delivery; the refusal of package or unclaimed package:

You may have the package reshipped. You will need to pay reshipping charges plus any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us.

You may cancel the order for a refund of items minus shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee plus any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us will be applied.

For International Orders Returned/Refused: There is no refund, as we are unable to obtain them.

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages; please double-check your shipping address before order confirmation. There is no refund from USPS for a lost package.
